Unwrap the Werther's soft caramels and place in large pot on low heat.

Add sweetened condensed milk, butter and salt to the caramels in the pot.

Stir the caramel mixture and let it heat over low heat till all combined.

When smooth add the mini marshmallows to the pot and continue to stir.

When all melted pour the caramel mixture over the cereal in a large bowl.

Mix the caramel sauce and cereal together till combined.

Use a silicone spatula to gently press the cereal mixture into a greased pan.

Allow the cereal mixture to sit till it is completely cooled.
