"Oh my lanta! These cinnamon rolls are THE BEST, most gooey sweet rolls. So, so worth it."

In a bowl sprinkle yeast over warm milk.

Add butter, eggs, and sugar to bowl.

Add salt, cinnamon and flour to mixing bowl and combine dough till just mixed. 

Allow dough to rest for 5 minutes, knead for 5 minutes and let rise for 30 minutes.

Combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and clove in bowl.

Roll out the dough and spread filling mixture on top.

Roll the dough starting at one edge into a tight log shape.

Cut dough into 12 spirals and place in a greased baking dish.

Cover pan and let rolls rise for 20 minutes. Pour warmed heavy cream over the rolls. 

Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, salt and extract. Mix till spreading consistency.

When golden brown remove rolls from oven and spread icing over the tops while still warm.
