"I couldn't believe how fluffy these waffles were. They are like little bites of sweet and buttery clouds!"
-- Jason D.
Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir together to combine.
Be careful not to over mix the batter. It is okay if it's a little lumpy. Just set it aside to rest for 5 minutes.
Pour batter on to a heated greased waffle iron to bake.
Remove waffle when golden brown and cooked through. Repeat until all batter is cooked.
Place cooked waffles in a warmed oven at 250 degrees to keep hot until ready to serve.
