Cook the pasta to al dente and rinse with cold water and set aside to cool.

Chop the cucumbers, celery, peppers, onion and water chestnuts to be uniform in size.

Add the miracle whip, sugar, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar to a bowl. Whisk dressing together.

Add coleslaw, chopped veggies, pasta and dressing to a large bowl.

Mix the salad till everything is well coated and chill in the fridge.

Chill for minimum of 30 mins or up to 2-4 hours to let flavors meld and enjoy.
