On low heat melt your butter, cream cheese and seasonings.
Stir constantly till everything is melted and somewhat mixed, then add the cream.
As soon as the sauce comes to a boil remove from the heat and add the parmesan.
Stir till the cheese is melted and serve over pasta or with whatever you desire!
