EASY AND MOIST BANANA BREAD

"Every slice is so moist and yummy. This has got to be the best way to use ripe bananas!"

In a bowl add wet ingredients and mix together.

Add bananas to bowl and mash with fork. Next fold in sour cream to mixture.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and slowly add to wet mixture.

Gently combine ingredients. Careful not to over-mix the batter.

Pour batter into a greased or lined pan.

Sprinkle with sugar mixture and bake in pre-heated oven. 

Remove bread from oven and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes.

Remove bread from pan and cool on a wire rack for 10 more minutes.
