EASY FREEZER BURRITOS

"I love these! ALWAYS have some in the freezer ready to go. So, so good."
Over medium heat sauté chopped onions and peppers.
Add ground beef to veggies and cook till done. Drain off any excess liquids.
Add enchilada sauce, Rotel, beans, seasonings and hot sauce to meat.
Stir all ingredients together over medium heat until combined and warm throughout.
Scoop filling mixture on to a warmed tortilla and top with shredded cheese.
Fold ends in and roll tortilla into a burrito shape. Place burritos into a freezer safe container.
