Add egg yolks and whole egg to bowl with salt. Whisk together.
Add other ingredients and mix together till dough forms and is sticky to the touch.
Knead dough and begin pressing out on a floured surface.
Roll dough to about 1 inch thick with a rolling pin.
Using a pizza cutter or knife cut dough into pasta like strips.
Pull strips apart and allow pasta to dry on a rack if not cooking immediately.
