Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas

"Sweet and tangy these are the most delicious enchiladas I've ever had."

Add shredded chicken, lime juice, honey, enchilada sauce and seasonings to a bowl.

Stir mixture and allow chicken to sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Add enchilada sauce to the bottom of the greased pan.

Scoop chicken mixture into tortilla and sprinkle with cheese before rolling and placing in pan.

Pour remaining enchilada sauce over tortillas and add heavy cream to top.

Sprinkle dish with remaining shredded cheese and place in oven to bake.

Remove from oven when dish is bubbly and cheese is melted.
