In bowl combine wet ingredients and mix with hand mixer.
In second bowl combine dry ingredients and stir together.
Pour wet ingredients into bowl of dry ingredients and use a hand mixer to mix.
Pour batter into a greased 13x18 sheet pan and place in oven to bake.
Check cake with a toothpick. When baked remove from oven and allow to cool.
While cake cools prepare frosting in a bowl by whipping with hand mixer.
Once totally cool frost cake with even layer of frosting.
Sprinkle with extra cinnamon, slice into squares and enjoy!
