Arrange crackers face down on a cookie sheet.

Place unwrapped Reese's Thins on each cracker and slightly melt chocolate in oven.

Top each cookie with a second Ritz cracker and gently push down.

Slowly melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl.

Using a fork drop each cookie into melted chocolate for coating.

Tap off extra chocolate and place cookie on parchment lined baking sheet.

While chocolate is still warm decorate with sprinkles.

Place cookies in fridge or freezer to allow chocolate to fully set and enjoy!
