Cook sausage till browned and set aside for later.

Lightly pan sear pierogi in olive oil and sausage drippings.

Add stock, seasonings, and sausage to the pot of pierogi and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Add kale and heavy cream to the pot and stir together.

Let soup simmer for 15 minutes on medium-low heat.

Serve soup garnished with parmesan and crumbled bacon.
