In a bowl add cake mix, oil, eggs, extract and drink mix.

Using a hand mixer combine the ingredients in bowl.

Roll dough into small balls and place on lined cookie sheet.

Bake cookies at 350° F for 10 minutes. Cookies should appear dry and puffy.

In bowl combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and butter till smooth.

After letting cookies completely cool use cookie cutter to remove center of cookie.

Spread frosting on a second cookie to make base of cookie sandwich.

Finish off sandwich with second cookie and add sprinkles.
