"I'll never cook steak any other way. So juicy and tender, reverse seared is the way to go."

Prepare meat by seasoning all sides generously with rub.

Place meat on the grill or in the oven covered at 225° F. At internal temp of 125° F remove from grill.

Reverse sear the steak over high heat for 3 minutes on each side.

When the steak reaches an internal temp of 135° F remove from the heat.

Let rest for 10 minutes and cut against the grain, serve and enjoy!
