In a bowl whisk the egg, milk, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
Slice bread and cut the cream cheese into bite sized pieces.
Begin layering by adding half of each of the ingredients in a casserole dish.
Press bread into the egg gently to absorb the mixture.
Add remaining ingredients in second layer and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 40 minutes till golden brown.
Remove the dish from the oven and enjoy with favorite toppings.
