In a bowl combine cake mix, butter, pecans, and some of the condensed milk.

Divide dough in half and press one half into your pan and bake for 10 minutes.

In a microwave safe bowl heat caramels and rest of the condensed milk.

Pour caramel sauce over the bottom layer of the baked brownie.

Crumble the remaining dough over the bottom two layers in the pan.

Sprinkle the pan with chocolate chips and place in the oven to finish baking.

Remove pan from the oven and let cool completely before cutting.
