Add all ingredients except for butter
to the blender, wet ingredients first.
Blend ingredients together until smooth and well mixed.
Melt butter and pour into a baking dish while still hot to coat bottom and edges of the dish.
Immediately pour batter into the casserole dish and place on middle rack of a cold oven.
Close oven and set temperature. Bake for 30 minutes till puffy
and golden brown.
Serve hot with favorite toppings and enjoy!
