"Who ever said pumpkin was only good in the fall? I could eat these all year round! So stinking good."

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.

In a second bowl mix the wet ingredients and beat together until mixed. 

Add dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients.

Gently fold ingredients together without over mixing.

Line muffin tins with liners and add batter to each cup.

Add extra chips to the top and bake at 375° F for 22 minutes.

When done remove from oven and allow to cool in tin on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

Remove muffins from tin and allow to cool for 5 more minutes and enjoy!
