Add water, milk, butter, honey, yeast, egg whites in a bowl and gently mix.

Add dough enhancer and salt to mixture.

Add flour to dough mixture and stir together until too hard to mix.

Add flour to the counter top to prepare for kneading the bread.

Take dough out of the bowl and sprinkle with flour.

Knead bread dough, slowly sprinkling with flour until it no longer sticks to counter.

Continue to knead bread until dough comes together in a smooth ball.

Place dough in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap to rise.

Let dough sit and rise until doubled in size.

Punch dough down dividing and placing dough into 3 greased loaf pans.

Let bread proof until doubled in size. Then brush loaf tops with an egg wash.

Place loaves in oven to bake. When done remove bread from pan and place on cooling racks.
