In a bowl combine cake mixes, butter and eggs.

Using a hand mixer, mix batter till thick and dough like.

Using a cookie scoop drop cookies on to a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Place cookies in the oven and bake for 8 minutes. Transfer cookies to cooling rack.

In a bowl combine powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese with a hand mixer.

Once cookies have cooled entirely add filling to bottom of one cookie.

Add a second cookie to the cookie with filling to create a cookie sandwich.

Continue to build all cookie sandwiches and decorate as desired.
