  • ½ small red onion
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Add diced tomatoes to blender. (This will help everything to blend more easily.)
  • Add red onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, jalapeños, and salt to blender. Place lid on blender and pulse ingredients until salsa reaches a smooth chunk-less consistency.
  • Transfer salsa to dish to serve and enjoy.
