Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound sausage cooked
  • ½ cup bacon crumbled
  • 1 sweet onion chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 cups shredded hash browns thawed
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • cups Swiss cheese
  • cups cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350° F.
  • Cook the sausage and onion over medium heat and set aside to cool.
  • Crack the eggs into a large bowl and beat together.
  • Add shredded Swiss and cheddar cheeses, cottage cheese, pepper, salt, and garlic powder to the bowl with eggs and stir together.
  • Add the crumbled sausage and onion, bacon crumbles, and shredded hash browns to the mixing bowl.
  • Stir the casserole mixture till everything is combined and transfer to a well greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Place dish in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes till casserole is baked through. When done remove the dish from the oven, serve and enjoy.
